Shipping Methods
• Within Greece
All domestic shipments are delivered by ASC Courier.
Regular shipments cost €3.00 within Attica and €5.00 for the rest of Greece (land or island destinations). On orders over €100 (final amount payable after coupon discounts) shipping is free of charge. The cash-on-delivery service is charged with an extra fee of €2.00, regardless of the order amount.
Shipments within Attica are delivered within 1-2 working days; for the rest of the Greece (land or island destinations) the delivery time ranges between 1-4 working days.
• Abroad
Shipments to foreign countries sent via Hellenic Post as registered mail.
The cost is €11.00. On orders over € 200 (final amount payable after coupon discounts) shipping is free of charge.
The delivery time varies depending on the destination. The cash-on-delivery service does not apply in foreign countries.
* Customers outside the European Union are subject to delays and charges that may result from customs clearance, product restrictions and other local requirements for which we are not responsible.
** Orders placed by 12:00 are processed within the day, otherwise they are shipped on the next working day (Monday – Friday). There are no shipments on Saturdays.
*** In case of force majeure, the company does not assume responsibility for the non-delivery of the order
**** Prices are subject to change according to the price list of the courier company.
Return & Exchange Policy
You have the right to return the product you purchased within (14) fourteen working days from the date of receipt. The key prerequisite for an exchange is that the product is in its original condition and has not been used. You reserve the right to exchange purchased products for products of equal or greater value.
Send the product you want to exchange along with the receipt or exchange card to our store PLAINI’S COLLECTION, Agiou Georgiou 12 , Ground Floor, 15234 Chalandri, Greece.
The company covers the following cases:
·Exchange the item you purchased for another one
In this case, shipping costs throughout the process are at your own expense. Once we receive the product and it meets the above conditions, we send you by e-mail a voucher code having the same value as the item you wish to exchange. Then you can place a new order for the product you want and fill in the voucher code where you are prompted.
·Exchange due to the wrong or damaged or defective product through our own proven fault
In this case, shipping costs throughout the process are at our own expense. Once we receive the product and it meets the above conditions, we send you the correct item within 5 working days
*If the purchased item is not returned within the above time limit or does not meet any of the requirements, we reserve the right to reject any return and replacement.
